Summary
Stipulates that the east-west toll road in northern Indiana (Interstate Route 80/90) shall be free of all restrictions under Federal law with respect to the imposition and collection of tolls or other charges upon payment by the State of Indiana to the Treasurer of the United States the amount of Federal aid-highway funds received for the construction of specified interchanges with such toll road. Provides for crediting such payment to the unprogrammed balance of Federal-aid highway funds apportioned to such State. Abrogates any portion of an agreement between the United States and the State of Indiana or any department thereof which is inconsistent with this Act.
