Summary
Authorizes the Mayor of the District of Columbia to enter into an agreement relating to the use of airspace with the United States Postal Service permitting the Postal Service to build a bridge for postal use between Union Station Terminal and the City Post Office over First Street, Northeast. Provides that such construction shall not be inconsistent with the use of such street by the public for travel, and shall not deprive real property not owned by the Postal Service of easements of light, air, and access.
