Summary
Full Equality for Americans Abroad Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to ensure that all American citizens living abroad be included in each future decennial census of population. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to report on any methodological, logistical, and other issues associated with such inclusion for apportionment of Representatives, redistricting, and other purposes and to include estimates of the number of Americans abroad who are Federal civilian employees, military personnel, employees of business enterprises, employees of non-profit entities, and individuals not otherwise described.
