Summary
Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award emergency grants to Louisiana hospitals to assist in the recovery from Hurricane Katrina. Provides that certain amounts made available to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for emergency preparedness and response under the Second Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act to Meet Immediate Needs Arising From the Consequences of Hurricane Katrina, 2005 shall be available for such emergency grants and earmarks specified amounts for the Oshner Clinical Foundation in Louisiana, the East Jefferson General Hospital, and the West Jefferson Medical Center.
