Summary
Florida Gasoline Supply Reserve Act This bill requires the Department of Energy (DOE) to establish, maintain, and operate a Florida Gasoline Supply Reserve as part of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The reserve must contain a minimum of 1 million barrels of refined petroleum products. The bill authorizes DOE to sell refined petroleum products from the reserve in the event of a regional gasoline supply interruption.
