Summary

Requires the President to establish a Cuban-American Advisory Committee for Policy Toward Cuba to provide policy advice and recommend policy options to encourage freedom in Cuba. Exempts the Committee from specified requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act relating to open meetings and public participation and availability of documents. Authorizes appropriations. Terminates the Committee three years after this Act's enactment.
