Summary

Provides, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, that persons who are blind and have at least six quarters of coverage shall be eligible for disability insurance benefits. Continues payment of such benefits as long as the blindness lasts, notwithstanding the amount of the individuals' earnings.
