Summary
Amends Federal law concerning government employees to include as an employee, for purposes of Federal retirement benefits, a U.S. citizen who was employed by Air America, Inc., its subsidiary Air Asia Company Limited, or the Pacific Division of Southern Air Transport, Inc., during the period such corporation was owned and controlled by the U.S. Government. Directs the Director of Central Intelligence to make certain payments to the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund.
