Summary
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to establish that certain individuals fleeing prosecution or confinement shall not be allowed OASDI benefits. Forbids OASDI benefits from being distributed to individuals violating probation or parole under State or Federal law. Directs the Commissioner of Social Security to furnish any Federal, State, or local law enforcement officer, upon the written request, with the current address, social security number, and photograph (if applicable) of any individual who receives a benefit under SSA title II, if the officer furnishes the Commissioner with the individual's name and other identifying information the Commissioner requires to establish the individual's unique identity.
