Summary
St. Croix International Waterway Act of 1992 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to award grants to the St. Croix International Waterway Commission to support the activities of, and implement plans and programs developed by, the Commission. Sets forth: (1) the Federal share (50 percent) of any grants awarded under this Act; and (2) reporting requirements. Authorizes appropriations.
