Summary
Integrated Energy Systems Act of 2019 This bill directs the Department of Energy to establish an integrated energy systems program to (1) maximize energy production and efficiency; (2) provide reliable, competitive, and environmentally sustainable electricity to the grid; (3) expand the use of emissions-reducing energy technologies into nonelectric sectors; and (4) enable U.S. energy infrastructure to support the quantity, variability in type, and variability in size of generation devices and smart load devices.
