Summary

National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Programs Reauthorization Act of 1984 - Amends the National School Lunch Act to authorize FY 1985 and 1986 appropriations for: (1) the summer food service program for children; and (2) the commodity distribution program. Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to authorize FY 1985 and 1986 appropriations for: (1) State administrative expenses; (2) the special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children (WIC); and (3) the nutrition education and training program. Extends through FY 1986 existing WIC requirements regarding: (1) State allocation of administrative funds; and (2) immediate funding of applicant agencies.
