Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study of the most appropriate way to interpret the impact of Georgia O'Keeffe on the world of art, including the feasibility of establishing a living landscape museum. Requires the study to be completed and transmitted to the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate within one year of the date on which funds are appropriated for the study. Authorizes appropriations.
