Food Biotechnology Information Initiative Act - Amends the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a public information program regarding the use of biotechnology to produce food for human consumption (which shall be carried out as a component of the Food Safety Initiative of the President).
