Summary
Rural School and Community Enhancement Act - Allows an eligible State to make a one-time election to receive each full payment for FY 2002 through 2006 under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 in an adjusted amount calculated in accordance with: (1) a document prepared by the Forest Service; or (2) a revised document prepared under the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002 (Public Law 107-76). Allows an eligible State to distribute such full payment amount among eligible counties that have elected to receive a share, considering the historic percentage distribution of each eligible county, as described in the document, and other factors the State determines appropriate.
