Summary

Amends the Metropolitan Washington Airports Act of 1986 to abolish the Board of Review of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (Airports Authority). Prohibits the Airports Authority from providing free preferential reserved parking areas to Members of Congress, Government officials, or diplomats. Requires it to provide the public equal access to such parking areas. Prohibits the Airports Authority from imposing limitations on the maximum distance over which an aircraft may operate nonstop between Washington National Airport and another airport.
