Summary

Teacher Training Programs and Teacher Centers Amendments - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to increase the 1979 authorization for teacher training programs under such Act from $75,000,000 to $100,000,000, and to provide for minimum State grants of $250,000 in any fiscal year in which more than $50,000,000 is appropriated for such teacher training programs. Revises certain application review procedures with regard to grant applications for teacher centers.
