Summary
Requires the President to direct the United States Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association, International Finance Corporation, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Asian Development Bank, and the Executive Director representing the United States at the African Development Fund to consider the extent to which any loan, credit, or other utilization of the funds of such institutions is likely to have an adverse effect on industries, including agriculture, and employment in the United States, either by reducing demand for United States goods or by increasing imports. Requires the United States Executive Director of each such institution to request, and the United States International Trade Commission to furnish, a report assessing the impact of such loans or assistance on industries and employment in the United States.
