Summary
Mosquito Abatement for Safety and Health Reauthorization Act of 2008 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to include among the reasons preferences shall be given in awarding mosquito control program grants that a political subdivision or consortium of political subdivisions demonstrates to the Secretary of Health and Human Services that its control program is consistent with existing state mosquito plans or policies. Reauthorizes appropriations for FY2009-FY2013 for mosquito control programs to prevent and control mosquito-borne diseases.
