Summary
Defense Trade Treaty Implementation Act of 2010 - Amends the Arms Export Control Act to: (1) authorize the President to implement and enforce a specified defense trade treaty with the United Kingdom and a specified defense trade treaty with Australia; and (2) provide that upon treaty implementation each such country would be exempt from its treaty related licensing requirements for exports of defense articles. Provides for: (1) prosecution of treaty violations under such Act; and (2) congressional notification of defense article exports made pursuant to the treaties.
