Summary
National Energy Study Act - Directs the Administrator of the Federal Energy Administration to conduct an annual study of the energy needs of the United States and the methods by which those needs can be met. Authorizes and directs the heads of all Federal departments and agencies to provide the Administrator with any information he requests to assist him in preparing the studies required by this Act. Authorizes to be appropriated $2,000,000 for each of the five fiscal years following the enactment of this Act to carry out the purposes of this Act.
