Independent Task and Delivery Order Review Extension Act of 2011 - Extends until September 30, 2016: (1) the authority for a bid protest (i.e., a written objection to a federal agency solicitation, cancellation of a solicitation, or award of a contract) of a task or delivery order contract valued in excess of $10 million; and (2) the exclusive jurisdiction of the Comptroller General over such protests.
