Summary
Civil Service Retirement Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 1981 - Requires annual (currently semiannual) cost of living adjustments in: (1) civil service annuities for annuitants under 65 years of age; and (2) civil service survivor annuities for children. Limits the cost of living increase for annuitants under 60 years of age to 50 percent of the percentage increase in the price index for the preceding year.
