Summary
Amends the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act to establish the Agricultural Export Credit Revolving Fund in the Treasury to assist in exporting agricultural products (including the construction or acquisition of overseas facilities). Terminates such fund effective October 1, 1984. Authorizes specified appropriations for fiscal years 1982 through 1984. Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to report annually to Congress respecting the Corporation's export credit sales program.
