Summary

Alaska Peninsula Subsurface Consolidation Act of 1993 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to consolidate the surface and subsurface estates of certain lands within three conservation system units on the Alaska Peninsula if the Secretary receives from Koniag, Incorporated, a timely tender of relinquishment of its rights to receive title to oil and gas rights and other interests in the subsurface estate of specified public lands. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to establish a Koniag Account into which shall be deposited an amount equal to the value of such relinquished rights.
