Federal Employees Part-Time Career Employment Act - Requires the head of each Federal agency to establish and maintain a program for part-time career employment. Requires the Civil Service Commission to conduct a demonstration program to determine the extent to which part-time personnel can be utilized in managerial and professional positions and the extent to which job-sharing arrangements may be established in various occupations.
