Summary

Federal Employees Family Friendly Leave Act - Amends Federal law to: (1) allow Federal employee use of sick leave to attend to the medical needs of a family member; and (2) direct the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to modify the voluntary leave transfer program to allow the transfer of annual leave, in the absence of any medical emergency, from an employee to one of the employee's family members.
