Summary
Amends Federal law relating to the Agua Caliente (Palm Springs) Reservation in California to remove the restriction on the distribution of net rents, profits, and other revenues from the Mineral Springs parcel to certain members of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. States that the Congress finds that the tribe agrees to make payment in accordance with a specified Tribal Ordinance and shall do so not later than 180 days after the enactment of this Act.
