Summary

Connecticut River National Fish and Wildlife Refuge Act - Establishes the Connecticut River National Fish and Wildlife Refuge, consisting of lands, waters, and interests therein of the Connecticut River basin from its source to the sea designated by the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Establishes the Connecticut River National Fish and Wildlife Refuge Advisory Committee. Directs the Secretary to construct, administer, and maintain, in or near the refuge, an aquatic resources and wildlife interpretation and education center, with administrative facilities.
