Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) establish the Lewis and Clark National Historic Site in Montana; and (2) enter into cooperative and management agreements with the State of Montana for rescue, firefighting, and law enforcement services with respect to such site. Specifies those lands which the Secretary is authorized to acquire for the establishment of such site. Provides that such land shall revert to the State of Montana if the Secretary uses such lands for any purpose other than as authorized under this Act. Authorizes appropriations, including specified sums for the construction of a visitor center.
