Summary

Federal Supply Schedules Usage Act of 2009 - Authorizes the Administrator of General Services (GSA) to provide for the use of federal supply schedules by the American National Red Cross. Prohibits use of such authority to purchase supplies for resale. Requires all uses of federal supply schedules to be in accordance with the ordering guidance provided by the Administrator. Authorizes the Administrator to include among permitted uses of federal supply schedules by state or local governments the procurement of goods or services to facilitate disaster preparedness or response.
