National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Marine Fisheries Program Authorization Act of 1985 - Extends through FY 1987 the authorization of appropriations for marine fisheries programs under: (1) the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Marine Fisheries Program Authorization Act; (2) the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act of 1964; and (3) the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act.
