Summary

Authorizes a first strike ceremony at the U.S. Capitol to strike coins authorized by the Bicentennial of the U.S. Congress Commemorative Coin Act. Requires all activities and preparations for such ceremony to be jointly coordinated with the Commissions on the Bicentennials of the House and Senate and the Secretary of the Treasury. Authorizes the U.S. Mint to strike such coins during first strike ceremonies. Requires such coins to bear the mint mark of the mint facility designated to strike the coins.
