Summary
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should: (1) enter into discussions with the Soviet Union for the withdrawal of all non-native personnel from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania and the release and return of political prisoners of those nationalties to their homelands; (2) instruct the U.S. delegation to each review meeting of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe to seek consideration of the illegal annexation of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania by the Soviet Union and its denial of self-determination and territorial integrity for those areas; and (3) make every effort to gain the support of all nations in achieving these objectives.
