Summary
Condemns the murder of Aldo Moro as a senseless act of terrorism against the values of the free world. Provides that such murder may serve as a symbol of the irrational acts that may occur so long as terrorists believe that such inhumane acts will serve their purpose; and that unjust demands must be resisted in the future so as to foreclose this avenue of attempted political revolution being carried out by radical minorities.
