Summary
Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the U.S. Government should ensure that the government in Belgrade discontinues and does not escalate "ethnic cleansing" in Kosovo; (2) the repression by such government of Kosovo's citizens must be halted immediately and individuals whose employment was terminated on the basis of ethnicity should be reinstated to their previous positions; (3) the educational system in Kosovo should be reopened to all residents and the majority ethnic Albanian population should be allowed to be educated in their native tongue; and (4) President Rugova's (of the Kosovo Republic) Ten Point Plan for Peace should be fully implemented.
