Summary

Stipulates that no evidence of a documentary character under the control of the House of Representatives can, by the mandate process of courts, be taken from such control without the permission of the House. States that when such evidence is needed by a court the House will act to promote the ends of justice consistent with the rights and privileges of the House. Authorizes the U.S. Court of Claims to take copies of the documents requested in the court order of December 8, 1976, relating to the Baltimore Contractors, Inc. v. United States (case no. 272-70).
