Calls for: (1) the People's Republic of China to allow the U.S. consul to see Mr. Wu, to provide full information to the U.S. Government regarding his arrest and detention, and to immediately and unconditionally release him; and (2) the President of the United States to use every diplomatic means available to ensure Mr. Wu's safety and immediate release.
