Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2750. During consideration of the bill, the amendment printed in section 2 of this resolution shall be considered as adopted in the House and in the Committee of the Whole. The bill as so amended shall be considered as the original bill for the purpose of further amendment. Measure will be read by paragraph. Bill is open to amendments. The amendment printed in section 3 of this resolution may amend a portion of the bill not yet read for amendment and shall not be subject to a demand for division of the question in the House or in the Committee of the Whole.
