Summary
Provides that a report shall be filed by the chairman of each committee of the House of Representatives whenever any member or employee of such committee travels outside the United States pursuant to authority given such member or employee by the Rules of the House of Representatives or by any resolution of the House of Representatives. Provides that each such report shall be filed with the House not later than the close of the thirtieth day following the completion of such travel by such member or employee.
