Urges the European Union to classify Hezbollah as a terrorist organization for purposes of: (1) prohibiting funding from the European Union to Hezbollah; and (2) recognizing it as a threat to international security. Condemns the continuous terrorist attacks by Hezbollah, and Hezbollah's continuous support of other Palestinian terrorist organization such as Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
