Summary

Adds additional employees to the offices of the minority leader, the majority whip, and the chief deputy majority whip. Fixes the rate of compensation for such individuals. Requires that such compensation as may be necessary for such individuals be paid from the contingent fund of the House. Declares that there shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House additional specified amounts for certain expenses of the majority and minority leaders and whips. Fixes the rate of compensation of the Postmaster of the House of Representatives.
