Summary
Amends rule V of the Rules of the House of Representatives to specify that the employment of the pages of the House shall begin and end at such times as the Speaker shall direct. Allows the Speaker to provide for the continuation or termination of their employment, or for a reduction in the number of pages authorized to be employed, during any period when the House has recessed or adjourned.
