Summary
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should: (1) provide assistance to Mexico, including disaster relief assistance, to extinguish the wildfires currently burning in Mexico and Central America; and (2) initiate negotiations with Mexico at the earliest possible date in order to come to a mutually beneficial agreement addressing the concerns of both countries in suppressing fires occurring along the border between the two countries.
