Resolution waiving points of order against the bill H.R. 8947. Provides that during the consideration of the bill (H.R. 8947) making appropriations for public works for water and power development, including the Corps of Engineers- Civil, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Bonneville Power Administration and other power agencies of the Department of the Interior, the Appalachian regional development programs, the Federal Power Commission, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Atomic Energy Commission, and related independent agencies and commissions for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and for other purposes, all points of order against said bill for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2, rule XXI, are hereby waived.
