To provide that, if sequestration occurs under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall devise a plan under which Members would be affected in a manner similar to Federal employees.

Summary
Provides that, if a sequestration order occurs under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) during the 101st Congress, then the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall submit a plan to the House under which reductions in pay and other appropriate measures would, with respect to Members, be implemented to the degree to which Federal employees are being affected by furloughs due to such order.
