Summary
Directs the Committee on House Administration (Committee) to issue a formal apology to Representative Olver to be personally signed by all Members of the Task Force to Investigate the Operation and Management of the Office of the Postmaster. Ceases all printing, distribution, or other dissemination of the Republican Members Report until such time as the text of the Report is corrected to accurately reflect that Representative Olver did not have a post office box retained on his behalf. Directs the Chairman of the Committee to determine: (1) the cause of the incorrect attribution of a post office box retained on behalf of a Member of the Republican Party to a Member of the Democratic Party in the Report; (2) who was responsible for the publication and dissemination of this false information; and (3) whether the publication and dissemination of this falsehood constitute the violation of any Rule of the House or applicable legal standard.
