Expresses the resolve that: (1) the Committee on Science, Space and Technology, the Congress, the administration, and the Nation commit themselves to using the lessons learned in inquiries into the space shuttle Challenger accident in order to get the space program back into operation on a strong and stable foundation; (2) the United States is dedicated to its goal to continuously explore and exploit space for the benefit of all mankind; and (3) the United States is committed to advancing its leadership in space through manpower, technology, and missions.
