Summary
Authorizes expenditures by the House Committee on Armed Services for investigations and studies not to exceed $692,000. Declares that no part of such funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject being investigated for the same purpose by any other House Committee. Terminates the funds authorized by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
