Summary
Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution the bill S. 921, with the Senate amendment to the House amendment thereto, be taken from the Speaker's table to the end that the Senate amendment to the House amendment be agreed to with an amendment as follows: In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate amendment, insert the text of the bill H.R. 12128.
